When one makes predictions he takes several factors into consideration and the main factor that I priced in the Libyan conflict was the role of Russia and China and I've never imagined that they would sell Gaddafi down the river.

They sold Serbia, let alone Gaddafi (not that it would have mattered much, anyway)... Dream, my friend, dream (don't forget to tell us your new dreams tomorrow).

When did I claim that I was mystic Meg? When one makes predictions he takes several factors into consideration and the main factor that I priced in the Libyan conflict was the role of Russia and China and I've never imagined that they would sell Gaddafi down the river.Had the Russians taken a different resolve the British fairies would've suffered the same fate as they did in Basra Iraq when they surrendered to the Iraqi resistance.

But at least I don't pretend to be a pseudo-socialist warmonger like yourself who takes the line the war in Iraq was bad but the wars in Afganistan ,Libya and Syria are good ones. All these wars were imperialistic ones, build upon lies and their sole purpose were regime changes and the extension of US hegemony in the Middle East.Your cuntry is just a US poodle ready to satisfy every US whim no matter the cost.

You are no expert on events in Syria. You are merely a NATO-worshiper.

You are one of those little twits who likes to hang around the school bully and laughs when he thumps and humiliates someone smaller and weaker than himself.

The Syrian war will not end with victory for NATO. The Syrian government will either crush the NATO-instigated insurrection or it will retreat and create a new, smaller Syria along the coast.

This of course would be disastrous for all Syrians, but most of all for the Sunnis.

It would suit the Israelis, however, as they are already using the war to take more Syrian territory and would grab even larger bits if the Syrian state broke up.

1. I have never claimed to be an expert on events in Syria.

2. I'm opposed to NATO, I want the UK to pull out of NATO.

3. You do not have a Crystal Ball which can see the future either.

Another Disneyesque fantasy carefully and expensively crafted by the US State Department, the British Foreign Office and Saudi contracted PR companies in London. The BBC will say anything to help this vicious insurgency of Islamofascist terrorists aided and abetted by the US, Nato and the Gulf Monarchies with the intent to destabilise and dismantle the Syrian state.

But soon we will see a thoroughly humiliated US and likewise UK return back home after two severely costly wars are lost in Iraq and Afganistan and then Syria. Couldn't be better.

I love it when our resident doom-merchant Leonidas looks into his Crystal Ball and tells us about the Middle East. But remember people, holier-than-thou Leonidas doesn't always get it right. On 29th July 2011 Leonidas told us that "It’s pretty clear now Nato has been unable to defeat Gadaffi", we all know how that story ended.

It is best to take in everything he says with a pinch of salt. He isn't the know-it-all he makes out he is. He is actually rather ignorant on such issues, he only believe what he wants to believe and everything else is a Western lie.

Leonidas would never mention the foreign Shia Islamofascist terrorists doing Assad's dirty work as that doesn't fit in with what he wants to believe about the Syrian Civil War. You've heard his broken record, the West and friends are the bad guys and everyone else are the good guys.

And John to round up the picture I would like to add few words about the Russians: Putin will have to organize an air-lift to get out some 40,000 Russians to help them escape the wrath of the Syrians. Many of them live in Syria for a long time, married to Syrians. The billions of dollars for Russian military hardware will not be paid either. In Syria Russia will loose big time, even more than in Libya.

The Assad family and their Russian supporters are the venom of this country. Assad already lost half of his forces during the last 2 years and it won't take another 2 years to bring down the rest. Not even the usage of cluster bombs, artillery barrages and most recently the usage of ballistic missiles, which btw. emphasize the desperation of the Shabiha terrorists around the Assad clan is going to stop the inevitable.

Soon this country will be liberated and Assad hanged in a cell just like Sadam and the port of Tartus burning to hell.

Go FSA!
