That is because " polish goverment" and in general polish politics is as polish as Kneset.

The Serbs in Northern Kosova needn't accept Thaci's plan, but that does not preclude non-executive Serb powers from be agreed to by both Prishtina and Belgrade. We then can amuse ourselves by watching the N. Kosova Serbs engage in their favorite pastime, playing with logs.

I bait these guys because they prove their savagery in their replies to me. I go on to show the bravery of Serbs in the North who physically man handled armed terrorist units from Pristina and he compares that to Islamist pogroms against civilian populations?

But he proves his own point and I'll explain why: the pogroms happened below the Ibar, in isolated enclaves. Why none of this happened north of the Ibar is for the same reason why ROSU retreated in July 2011...because you lost. 40, 000 Serbs are odds that you do not like. Despite the fact their own government abandoned them, they still wiped the floor with terrorist scum.
But go on, compare innocent civilians in isolated enclaves to the heroic victory from occupying terrorists.

No one expected cooperation from the North Kosovo Serbs, as they have not agreed to abide by anything those they claim as their govt have negotiated for them.
The interesting part will be if the belgrade funding is cut off and the municipalities are to get their money from the Customs collected at the border and through the Kosovo budget, there can be no exchange of these funds if there is no cooperation with the Pristina govt in order to arrive at a process.

There are no winners in this mess.

If Albanians think they are winners then they have not thought about economics much. And if Serbs think they are winners then they have to think about internal economics.

Both parties are losers. Serbs lost in the 80's when nationalism and finally Milo the unGreat implemented his antiAlbanian policies. And this goes even before the 80's. Had Serbians given Albanians more rights they would have had a friend for life. Serbia today wouldn't have been chopped up into pieces and it would have been in the EU.

Every human being should look for signs. When they see only a few dictating policy then they should fear their govt. It only takes a few nut cases to spiral a country to its downfall. Milo the unGreat is a prime example and the people reacted only when it was to late and the harm was already done. Twenty years plus have passed and no ones situation has improved except for those in power.

And we all here give our opinions, and ladies and gentlemen, that is all it is, bc in the end our opinions don't count. The backroom deals is what creates policy and the people always suffer.

To peace amongst former enemies and to a brighter future for our children. Peace :)

Sorry but you are wrong, most serbians who settled in the European states after major conflict bought there families up on honest proceeds, working hard in factories, getting an education and bettering their kids. murder for money/profit... don't think so. Its not a common theme. Albanians from Kosovo/not came to Europe and were given support and homes...poor refugees, yet some quite afew FACT - southampton/glasgow/UK decide to make a quick buck bring in vast quantities of hard drugs (no shame),selling to the vulnerable and young(no shame), killing each other in the most grotesque ways(no shame) and then pleading innocence when caught with the obvious evidence(no morals). THERE ARE DIFFERENCES (MORALS...yes some good Albanians too!! i'm sure). HOWEVER, just do a search for kosovo/albanian mafia / drugs though ever European country. I can only say they need education before they get caught up in the big business ideals of the albanian criminal fraternity, something #Thaci is all to familiar with.
