Nikolić: Unacceptable paper prepared for Serbia

If there is no agreement on Kosovo then tve current situation will remain. A territory split in half. Serbia won't join the EU - not that it would anyway - and Kosovo still in limbo. I don't know if there is a reason for serbs to be upset because this is the best thing that could have happend to them. No humiliating agreement on Kosovo and no membership in a union that is doomed.

given that most of KiM´s Albanians are concentrated in and around Pristina, they still do not realize how easy it would be to bring them to their knees...

Here's some simple advice for Nikolic; if the paper is unacceptable, don't accept it. It's not compulsory to join the EU.

You must throw out all the serbs that moved to Vojvodina first.Take them to Serbia proper.Let Vojvodina be free occupation of serbia and than we will talk about 2% serbian population of Kosova.

Blerim what are you talking about?Banija, Kordun and Lika the area that is called Krajina has had an overwhelming serbian majority for 300 years before the croats ethnically cleansed more than 250 000 serbs. The area has been populated by over 80%serbs and never ever did JNA nor TO committ any ethnic cleansing for one simple reason, there were no croats to cleanse, get it?You can tell these stories to americans, brits or germans but not to me who was born and raised in the area.

Even though to date no one has found any credible evidence of the organ harvesting you write it as fact and then say Serbs do not write about it on the forum. The challenge is to find a day that someone does NOT write some slur towards Albanians and organ harvesting.
You then criticize because others do not recognize that Serbs were victims in Croatia and Kosovo, but no mention of the overwhelming victims in Kosovo were Albanian. And then you say you want intelligent comments if possible, what do you call your comment??

Nikolic & Co. are the Serbian people not the truth about the "paper". How long they have this paper in their hands? Was ist in general accepted by Dacic and Vucic? Why the Serbs are only telling their only people something after Prishtina had publishes it and it can not more hidden? It was the prolem by Nikolic to offer too much for Prishtina without having any real demand. The Albaninas are not to sensitive: if you are meeting with their president after it was forbidden for Nikolic to travel their, it looks so/or it is so as you are willing to accept everything what the Albanians are doing and demanding. Serbias seesaw policy without any content has failed. Kosovo and EU are two complete seperate points. EU is more or less only related with the questions about the real position of Serbians economy and value-system. Vucic has declared that Serbians must change their thinking, lets say mentality. How is this possible at all? Vucic promised promised to be a reliable partner which was not seen so now by the Britsh side. This cann only understood as expectation by London that Belgrade is following completely the demands by the important Western countries.. No country ever was admitted to the EU with such a complexity of problems. Berlin is not ready to give Belgrade a date, only third-class "pre-negotiation" which is like all Western steps is highlighted by Belgrade as great move.

I can read his words but I don't understand his view point. He doesn't recognise Kosovo but at the same time he accepts Prishtina to manage its people, say Prishtina recognises and accepts the predominant Serb councils to have executive powers, they will still be under the boarders of Kosovo which is recognised by most if not all democratic countries.

If any plan with executive powers or not in default recognises Kosovo's Independence.

So the question is why are they putting a spin on this? is 1. to save face 2. for their own political gains or 3. the fact that they have already accepted Kosovo's Independance and this is their way of telling the Serb people.

Daniel, sure you don't see any of that EU pre-assistance money in Serbia because your government (just like the previous one) spends all of it N-Kosovo on parallel institutions and on those thugs called "businessmen". Some of them are getting double and triple salaries. They must love the current situation with such income.

I too am for equal rights, however, serbs want sepcial rrights or rather more rights than others. why should serbs have a veto power in Kosova when they don't even make up 10% of the whole population? why not give veto powers to Turkk too then? equal rights? for sure. special rights? whatever
