German foundation drafts "Kosovo agreement"

Aren't the Germans a year early in this ultimatum to Serbia?

Yet another document as independent as the new Bosnian constitution drawn up last year by the US embassy in Sarajevo.

The Adenenauer-foundation is an organization with top-politicians of Merkels CDU-party on his board. The foundation is known for the interference in internal affairs in several countries. Some countries have closed the offices of the foundation. The actual draft is adraft for Serbias total capitulation and the establishment of the UN-charta-principlesas fundament of the relations between Belgrade and Prishtina. Also the "cross-border" cooperation of local bodies means in reality a furhter step to bring the Albanina local and regional authorities in Serbia closer to the envisaged "Greater Albania" by undermining the Serbian state system. The draft has also the target to ignore the voting of the Serb people by the international law: international agreements on the basic of international law (UN charta) are coming first before the interal law of a cuntry. It is very unusual to bring an agreement of this importance directly without ratification by the parliaments into force. This shows that Berlin is not sure that such a capitualtion will acceptend by the Skupstina. There is no one point which is representing real Serb interests, including the stipulation to have no Serbian institutions anymore in Northern Kosovo. Interesting is a newly published photo from the Brussels tlks. Dacic and Ashton have big papers in front of them...Tashi nothing. This could underline what international media are reporting about the talks: Thaci must nothing negotiate or to accept.

Respect territorial integrity? Kosovo* was forged out of disrespect for territorial integrity. UN membership? Kosovo* is in direct conflict with UN resolutions and charters. I mean, I'm glad the Germans are trying their hand at politicking, which they've been bad at since Bismarck's dismissal, instead of how they used to try to reshape Europe to their liking, but surely they can do better than this.

The Germans can shove this paper where the sun doesn`t shine,they are not going to decide on our provinces status,Russia and China will by preventing UN status for our province!

German imperialism trying to draw borders inside Europe crashed in 1918 and 1945 and it wil crash this time,too!

Remember,after 1918 and 1945 defeats it was Germanys borders which ultimately got withdrawn...

Don`t play with fire Germans,in 2050 "Ausländer" will make up nearly 45% of the population in Germany,it is going to be torn apart by them (when the right time comes,god willing)like a sheep by a bear...

You should rephrase what you said to say: "I can only pray to Allah that you will never see that movie".

And to the 4th Reich, there is no border within Serbia so why would we establish officers between 'borders'? Ridiculous.

Serbia lost all credibility when Nikolic went on that bogus hunger strike. Nikolic made a complete fool of himself at that moment and ever since he and Serbia have been the laughing stock of Europe. Did you notice the silly sheepish smirk that was captured on his face, by some alert photographer, when he announced the end of the hunger strike after two days. Priceless!

p.s. I see you have abandoned using the Tokyo Rose type rhetoric. Congratulations, even if it took you that long to realize in does not work in today's world.
