Yes, and that's the problem of the Kosovo society: Albanians shelter all sort of criminals and don't dare to testify against the perpetrators, because they fear Vendetta from the clans for themselves and their relatives. That's one of the reasons why so many crimes in a clan-based society like in Kosovo stay unsolved. Another reason is that a lot of Albanians justify or silently support crimes committed against Serbs, even including members of KPS police.

If EULEX really wanted the cooperation of Serbs in preventing and prosecuting these attacks on Serbs, they would be careful to exclude Kosovo police from contacting Serbs. EULEX should be investigating these attacks themselves and not rely in any way on Kosovo police.

UXLES need help? They've long given up on expecting anything from the albanians so in desperation turn to the Serbs. Why drag the fat drunk UXLES from the gutter which it got in to all by itself?

They are scared to death. Don't expect cooperation from ordinary K-Serbs on these cases.

Remind me which government in a certain white city decrees to non-Albanian community in Kosovo to explicitly not cooperate with any Kosovan institution (including the police)? Serbs calls these "democratic values".

Very ironic that you use an article about Serbs not cooperating with investigations to try and show that Albanians will not cooperate in order to cover up Albanian crimes.
So the most appropriate analogy must be the obvious one and that is that these crimes are committed by Serbs and that is the reason Serbs are not cooperating with the investigations. It has become very obvious since whenever a bomb goes off all the possible victims are out of the way almost like they knew it was going to happen. But it is nice to know that you realize that the main reason people do not cooperate is that the crimes are committed by their own.

I guess you did not read the article, otherwise you would have noticed that the call was directed to the Serbs (at least, that's what B92 reported).
