Serbian Deputy Prime Minister for EU Integration Suzana Grubješić has stated that a new round of the Belgrade-Priština talks in Brussels will be difficult.

“This will not be easy at all, bearing in mind Albanians’ refusal to grant the community of Serb municipalities authorities in accordance with European standards of decentralization,” she told Belgrade-based tabloid Kurir.
They will have same power as any municipality through out Kosova based on Kosova Constitution, which the buck stops at central government in Prishtina. This is according to European standards and any other country in the world.
