Ah, keeping up with the Joneses/copycat behavior. Maybe a little German or American bird whispered something into their eager ears. The question is what difference would it make for the Albanians in Southern Serbia? It seems that the Albanians in Southern Serbia have way more rights than the Serbs in Kosovo and so it is good that the Albanians in Southern Serbia recognize the behavior of their kind in Kosovo towards Serbs and other non-Serbs. It should be that the Serbs and non-Serbs in Kosovo should have the same rights as the Albanians in Southern Serbia! The problem is that the Albanians are trying to internationalize a so-called problem that is not even a problem. What is the problem? The monument, that glorified killed terrorists, which was removed recently? That you can have your own schools, culture, and language? They are just wining about nothing. In Southern Serbia the Albanians are less than 50% of the population and so swapping this area for Northern Kosovo for instance is not an option. Serbs and Albanians should be separated for the sake of both people, but it has to be fairly and the international community should pay for it partially.

The KLA and Serbia are not equal because one is a country the other is an occupation. But to be even more specific here's what's most important...

In July 2011 when the terrorist ROSU unit came to invade northern Kosovo i Metohija they were beaten back to the hole they crawled out of.

When the Serbian army came to take down a monument to terrorists in Presevo, nobody stopped them.

So its simply not equal nor will it ever be. Mitrovica and Presevo=never equal and Belgrade and Pristina=never equal.

If Serb municipalities in Serbia can form an association of municipalities, then Albanian municipalities (or any other municipalities in Serbia, for that matter) should be able to do the same. Do the Serbs in Albania also deserve this what you're asking for????

Can any Albanian come back with a civilised response?

We can't practice our religion or even have our orthodox names in Albania, so why should we give you any rights at all? you already have far more rights than you give anyone else.

Ps: Presevo is Serbian, Medvedja is Serbian and Bujanovac is Serbian, Kosovo is Serbian.

The only rights you should have is to stfu and realise your own behaviour in your own country (Albania) - you are 100% biased in your opinions. You take everything and give nothing.

It takes two to dance tango, if Belgrade expects Pristina to accept their proposal then why cant Belgrade accept the same inside their borders, and even without executive powers on which Belgrade insist for their own ppl in Kosovo. Truth be told you Serbs act as if someone owe you anything even though you lost all rights what has Kosovo on it in '99. This might sound controversal but I keep hearing your villages are dying out, most young ppl moving out to Belgrade and Nis, why not repopulate with K-Serbs? Taking advantage of Kosovo not having an army and being a weak state this will sooner then later take and end I can only guess the new generation wont be as generous.

The serb comments here are not very serious. Maybee that is why their politicans and state are not serious too. Kosova is independent from Serbia (fact). It is dependent on various worldpowers as so is every country (fact). Just to be clear before serbs jump and say that US backs Albanians. Where is mother Russia for you serbs ?

If you want special rights for serbs in Kosova then you must be ready to offer the Albanians in Serbia the same rights. It's not more than fair by my logic. This would have been logical even if Kosova was an part of Serbia. Right ?

As for Ari Gold wich states that Kosova and Serbia are not equal then you can ask Dacic if that is true. I think that he and Hashim Thaqi negotiate on equal terms. But as long as you serbs have that kind of thinking that serbs and Albanians are not equals then there will not be any reconiciliation beetwen our people.

Serbia can twist things how much they want but Kosova will in the end be victorious. The right both legaly and moraly is on The side of Kosova.

Pandora`s Box is open. Hungarians, bosnians, vlachs, bulgarians etc. - they all can ask for the same rights.

Albanians in Albania as for census 2011 is 98.8%. And even in Kosovo is like 94% Albanian.
I also read here about North Epirus. Not only North Epirus is Albanian but also South Epirus too. Greek people that wright here forget that if was not for Albanians there will not be Greece today.

You want sympathy for vandalixm to deserted graveyards when you yourself are responsible for multiple mass graves. A woman widowed by Serb forces throws a rock at a bus of Serbs and it is called ethnic cleansing.
