22 years since March 9 protest

Today marks 22 years since the first mass protest of the opposition against Slobodan Milošević's regime.

Well, it was late, but at least there was protest against Milosevic and his criminal regime, and he was ousted from power, in the end. So you can say a kind of 'political cleansing' happened in Serbia, though there are still some percent of lunatics who consider him a 'hero'.

It's something that is still missing in Kosovo: There, the warlords and war criminals play a political role even nowadays, 20 years after. It's a shame.
