Serbia counts on Palestinian support on Kosovo

Serbia thanks Palestine for backing its integrity
Serbian President Tomislav Nikolić expressed his gratitude to Palestinian officials for their principled support to the preservation of Serbia's territorial integrity.

I think the Serbian President has lost touch with real world. God help Serbia with President that will go on hunger strike for being ignored by White House.

Can Nikolic tell us all, how many foreign embassies are located in Ramallah? Does Serbia has one, or is planing on opening one?.

Unless you are living on planet Mars, bc, Kosova passport is recognized even from countries that have not formally recognized Kosova, including your beloved Greece, Romania and Slovakia. ops , I almost forgot China.
Besides, how many Kosovars pas thrue Serbia with cars going to western countries, and they are asked only to show their ID CARDS, WHICH IS WRITEN THE SAME AS ON KOSOVA PASSPORTS, WHICH IS RKS.

Palestine has more international recognition, integrity, respect, and sympathy than Kosovo. Palestine is a symbol of struggle and resistance. Kosovo is a symbol of poverty, crime, misery, and American dependency. You're jealous you're not Palestine.

That is factually false. Israel never recognized the occupation of Kosovo i Metohija as legitimate, ever. Where you got that information from I don't know. I don't even have anything against Arabs or Palestinians and think a two-state solution is the best. However, the Jewish people have a common history with Serbs and I could list a number of reasons including the fact that Serbs were the most anti fascist nation in the Balkans in WWII while Albanians, Bosnian Muslims and especially Croatians lined up to support Hitler's Reich and extermination of the Jews. Both Serbs and Jews were slaughtered in the Croatian concentration camp Jasenovac and even Israel supplied arms to Bosnian Serbs in the 1990s.

But most importantly, with the rise of radical Islamism in the Balkans today, our futures depend on deepen cooperation which is more important than just the historical ties between the two peoples.

Voting for Palestine in the UN, without Palestine and Israel having reached an agreement yet is further confirmation that "An agreement is needed between both parties" is just noise. Not even Serbian government respects it. It is further confirmation that the "Kosovo will set a precedent" argument is just noise. Not even Serbian government believes it. Otherwise it is laughable that Serbian government is setting precedents against itself in a few years.

Israel can say what it wants about Serbia, and Serbia can say what it wants about Israel, but the rest of us can see some things in history that cannot be contradicted.

Palestinian nationalism is a fake movement created in WWII by the same people who allied themselves with Nazi Germany in Muslim neighborhoods in and around Serbia. There is no such thing as "Palestinians", there never was and there never will be. Even the political forces who prop up Palestinian nationalism do not care about anyone who considers themselves Palestinina for whatever reason. Haj Amin al-Husseini is the uncle of Yassir Arafat and is still considered a revered figure among so-called Palestinian nationalists. He is the man who allied Islam with Nazi Germany.

Just as Albanian Kosovar nationalists are fake nationalists in the quest for a Greater Albania, so also are the Palestinian nationalists a fake nationalism in the quest to exterminate the Jews of Israel and destroy Israel as a state.

Ha! What a complete joke of a government - there are no benefits for Serbia recognizing Palestine and asking for their support. Palestine is far from statehood, and this move only alienates Serbia from Israel, a state that has been firmly supporting the sovereignty of Serbia over Kosovo. Palestine, much like Kosovo, is a disorganized entity where the rule of law and democracy are limited. The sheer hypocrisy will not only alienate Serbia from the West, but it will lead them to quickly lose friends in the UN. I do hope that Israel recognizes Kosovo - hopefully it will drive some sense to Belgrade.

Serbia should not be befriending Iran and Palestine, but it should cut all off its diplomatic relations with them. Same goes for the communist Non-Aligned Movement. All are responsible for supporting communist Tito and putting Serbia where they are, not the West. Serbia should focus on more prospective global partners like the USA, UK, EFTA, EU and China.

Don't forget that the Arab-Muslim world has been the staunchest supporters of sending Mujahadeens to kill and support terrorism in Bosnia and Kosovo, Mr. Nikolic should know, barely five years ago he was preaching on expanding frontiers to Zagreb. Mr. Nikolich and Mr. Dacich are the biggest jokers and sell-offs, but somehow, nation-wide case of amnesia got them elected.

I don't know why they recognized these fools as an independent state. 5000-10000 Muslim fighters came from that region to fight Serbs in Bosnia.

Serbia supported a seperatist move - and expects the seperatists to supports her, in her own seperatism issue..
