Committee chair: Change of Constitution "not realistic"
Serbian Parliament Committee on Kosovo Chairman Milovan Drecun said on Friday it was unrealistic to expect a change in the Constitution because of Kosovo.
Jus change the constitution already! What does not recognize mean? How is appointing a liaison officer not recognizing. Or is there a liaison officer for every place in Serbia? No there isn't.
