Well said, Winston. What I find so funny in today's experiment of many South-American countries is the very naïve believe that some 50 years later they can ECONOMICALLY succeed with a system what miserably failed in Eastern-Europe.
RIP, and lets move on. As much as this guy was good for the poor of Venezuela, he was just as bad for the overall economy. He racked up an enormous debt, in spite of the prosperous oil revenues. Communists/Socialists never seem to understand or learn, there is no such thing as a free lunch. Money must be earned.
