Serbia looks at either cabinet reshuffle or elections

The ruling Progressives, headed by Aleksandar Vučić, are now clearly suggesting that Serbia will either see its government reshuffled, or head to the polls.

The problem that is see with this plan from Mr. Vucic and his SNS party, to wait and see if the EU will give Serbia a talks date, is that the EU likes to deal with stable governments. They do not like surprises the next day after they make an agreement. IMHO, reshuffle the coalition government now, or better yet, hold elections. No in this current government is indispensable, including Mr. Vucic, and certainly, Mr. Dacic is. There have been several highly controversial events that have rocked this government, and the ineptitude, and out right arrogant behavior of some current ministers. I think it would be a good idea to clean the slate, because for some reason the government has an extraordinarily hard time cleansing itself. A case of old habits die hard, maybe? In any case, if Serbia does get the talks date, let it go into them as clean and competent as possible.
