PM Ivica Dačić has stated after the sixth round of the dialogue that no agreement was reached on jurisdictions of a proposed association of Serb municipalities.
Solution can be found only when both sides will be preasurised equally.
Russia is blocking everything in relation to Kosova.
EU/US should do the same to Serbia.
Block her €U funds that ammount to hundred of million € each year. Wave her visa free regime.
Then both sides will be equally preasurised and a compromise can be found.
As it is today what is Serbia losing??? the only leverage that is used towards Serbia is the limit of new fundings that she may miss. Even them it seams the talk date will be given so more €U funds will flow to Serbia anyway.
It seems EU is preasurising Serbia by hiting her in the head with millions of € of funds.
Put Serbia in same position as Kosova, stop the €U funds, wave the visa regime and Serbs will come to reason in 48 hours.
After all this is all what Kosova does not have. The €U funds to Kosova are very limited, the majority goes to EULEX which then they take them back in huge salaries. Oh of course then they pay rent for the houses and for capucino in local coffee shops. The absence of UN membership means no significant investments can be done, the pension funds of Kosova are still in Serbias hands, there is still visa regime with Kosova etc.
So are both sides eaqually preasurised??

If, lets imagine, nobody reported a darn thing on kosovo or palestine and lets imagine we could forget the news all together, then maybe these issues would resolve themselves and nobody, except for those involved would give a damn.

Daciq says that Kosovar leadership is unrelenting and uncompromising --- refuses to allow diplomatic immunity to one (1) friggin person yet expects autonomy for forty thousand (40,000) people.
Says local serbs gave all information for secret police (MUP) -- less than a week later denies that such personnel exist.
Kosovo PM and EU's FM indicate progress has been reached on the 6th round of interstate talks -- Daciq comes out stating that no such progress was marked.
Are you seeing a pattern here? Belgrade is simply run by clowns. How do you expect FM, PMs, or other officials to take you seriously when you just shoot your credibility down the drain each and every day?!?

"I'm supposed to be convincing them that we have no police, when Serbs themselves gave them license plates and data. Well, what are we talking about here?" wondered Dačić.
"The EU is important but we will not renounce the basic principles on which the proposition for a just solution in Kosovo rests," he was quoted as saying.
