Minister: Food standard bills should be revised

Health Minister Slavica Đukić-Dejanović says that a parliamentary session on aflatoxin contamination is an opportunity to pass some binding bills.

This is what is called using a window of opportunity in policymaking. But weren't there already foodstandards in place then? What do they want to revise then? Does it also include banning GMO or does it include allowing them? And it is all very nice and stuff to have foodstandards but then you must create the capacity to inspect them and to enforce them.

You old sack of, never mind. Should there not be standards and laws about food safety already in place, hello? I mean, what is more important than the food people eat daily? I think it's a bit more important than the bickering between Serbian political parties, or the tons of money that the parties will make off of agriculture. I mean please, are you you scum so low as to play with peoples' health?
