Yes, the evidence is absolutely overwhelming. The Croats not only have never been punished for this, but they were rewarded for their genocide by Tito! After they lost WWII, Croatia's territory actually got bigger, and were rewarded with Istra on the blood and sacrifice of Serbs, who won the war. Serbia needs to sue Croatia for billions, if not trillions, for this genocide. Croatia has never even apologized, in fact they are proud of it. They even had catholic priests at their concentration camps. Truly sick. Just look at pictures from any Thompson concert and you'll see how Croats feel about their genocidal history:

The easiest proof that anyone could see is that the "new" Croatia with the new accusations of genocide made against it is modeled precisely on the "old" Croatia that committed genocide against the Serbs before. Any idiot could see this.

Just because you keep repeating lies over and over again, does not make them true. The Serbs have truth on their side, as always, and all you've got is lies, propoganda, and exaggerations. Srebrenica, where there were revenge killings for the massacres of over 3,000 Serbian men, women and CHILDREN in the surrounding villages by Naser Oric's butchers, is not even close to 'genocide' - the women and children were set free. However, Oric's crimes (whom the Hague kangaroo court released) are DEFINITELY genocide since his goal was to completely wipe out Serbian existence. The fact that you even try to compare Srebrenica to Jasenovac shows how stupid you are, and is an insult to any people who suffered REAL genocide.
Vukovar? It was full of crazed ustase, and still is today. Sarajevo? Just listen to Lewis MacKenzie and many other UN Generals who were there, and have repeatedly confirmed that muslims were shelling from beside hospitals, hotels, schools, and were using civilians as human shields - this is a war crime. Wow, the Hague, really?? The same kangaroo court that released Naser Oric despite him showing video evidence to a western reporter and bragging about his war crimes against Serbs?? The same 'court' that released Ante Gotovina, which would have us believe that all the Krajina Serbs ethnicaly cleansed themselves?? The same abomination that has Seselj behind bars for nothing else than free speech, for...count them...10 years...without a decision?? Yeah, like I'm going to believe a damn thing that such an anti-Serb political Frankenstein, which was funded and created by the very NATO war criminals who attacked, I repeat, attacked Serbia while Russia was on her knees.

1. Srebrenica was actually ruled "genacide" commited by Serbs (VRS) :

" The Court concludes that the acts committed at Srebrenica falling within Article II (a) and (b) of the Convention were committed with the specific intent to destroy in part the group of the Muslims of Bosnia and Herzegovina as such; and accordingly that these were acts of genocide, committed by members of the VRS in and around Srebrenica from about 13 July 1995."

2. Dragomir Milosevic got 33 years in jail for war crimes, crimes against humanity and other charges - why : he was in charge of SERB forces that shelled Sarajevo - the fact that you think he was a Muslim shelling his own people is quite , well strange to say the least.

3.As for Dubrovnik : General Pavle Strugar was sentenced to eight years for his role in the shelling of the city (in simple english for you - it was a war crime)

I can go on - but really ,i neither have the time nor the inclination to argue with simple minds who see all Serbs as glorious ever virtuous , pure as the driven snow unstained holy men.

Fact is history, law, witnesses and admittance fo guilt from Serbs themselves put paid to your little imaginary world.

Interesting that the American ICTY appeals judge voted to acquit Perišić, while the Chinese judge was the one who voted to find Perišić guilty. I didn't know China was a NATO member.

As for the genocide lawsuit before the International Court of Justice (ICJ - a different court, not the same as the ICTY), unfortunately that court cannot deal with the crimes committed by the Ustaša. The ICJ was established by the UN after World War II and it has no jurisdiction over events that happened before the court's creation. And the Genocide Convention came into effect in 1950 and the convention is not retroactive.

That limits the case to the events of the 1990s. As Professor Varadi noted, since both Gotovina and Perišić have been found not guilty of war crimes by the ICTY, it would be difficult to prove to the ICJ that what happened to Serbs (or Croats) in Croatia in 1991-1995 was genocide. Courts have to act within the narrow limits of the law. They cannot correct every wrong that has ever been committed.
