We know that there is no Unanimity within the European Union on the Policies concerning Serbia and Serbia’s Province of Kosovo.

Serbia wants to join the European Union Only with the Policy that all of Kosovo is Serbia, and that All the Different regions of Kosovo will be Reintegrated back into Serbia, to the Varying Extents that are Reasonable for any European Country, on a Region by Region Basis.

What this means is that North Kosovo will be effectively 100 % Ruled by Belgrade, and this will also be true of Serbian Regions in South Kosovo, and Serbian Regions of Historical and National Significance.

The Serbian police and the Serbian army will be allowed to go anywhere in Serbian regions of Kosovo, and only in Albanians regions of Kosovo under certain agreed conditions that are agreed with the Albanians of Serbia's Province of Kosovo.

The European Union understands that this is the New Reality, and this is why they are forward thinking and have Hinted to the Kosovo Albanians the New Civilized Policy.

If the European Union does not Agree to this, and a little more, then Serbia should Delay its joining of the European Union.

Serbia should know that in this time of European Union Skepticism; that the European Union does not want Serbia to turns its back on the European Union, which Serbia should do, but they have such Puppet Politicians.

this shows the whole problem: US and EU are demanding a solution for the "Albanian" side, but here is the point the relations Serbia-Kosovo. So the US-position includes the "Great Albanian" ideas. In good racist manner all other people living in Kosovo (Croats, Bosniaks and the Roma) are not mentioned. All "solutions" on such a basic cannt not be longlasting.

Saddam wasn't funding mujahedins either (and no one has provided such evidence), that's US gulf state allies who also spend a lot of money and time in Bosnia and albanian, the largest mosque funded by Saudi and a free airport in northern albanian funded by Qatar.
