What do you expect. A free ticket without giving anything in return. All you want is the money, the benifits the EU will give Serbia, but are unwilling to make any compromises. Sorry, but that is a fundamentally wrong attitude. Serbia will have to fullfill the justified demands put forward on more than one occation, and it will eventually have to stop undermining the existance of a free and independant Kosovo if it ever wants to join the EU. The earlier this finally sinks into the serbian overall consciousness the better it is for Serbia and the entire Balkan. The world will not forget what was done in the name of Serbia in the 90's, and it is a small price to pay for all the suffering, pain and injustice Serbia caused not just in Kosovo but everywhere in the Balkans.

Well Boerg, Germany is a country which faced it's past, knows about, is fully aware of the nightmares committed in its name, and has changed. It made peace with its neighbors, and you won't hear any comments concerning ethnic minirities like you can constantly read in serb publications. Serbia still has to come to terms with its past, and has a long way to go before it reaches the same level of tollerance and openess that Germany achieved, because it went down the hard way, looked in the mirror, and realized what was done in its name. That is also the reason it got involved in the Kosovo war, because it realized that there were similuar acts and attitudes displayed by Serbia under Milosovic. For as long as Serbia doesn't openly face what happened in the 90, it will not be able to become part of the EU. Go out into the world, and ask what people think of Serbia or Germany, and the answer will be simular. People will remember the Nazi's and the ethnic cleansing, and the wars Milosovic conducted in the name of Serbia. It will stick to the Serb legacy just like it sticks to the German legacy, even we learned and know it was wrong. You still have to to go down that path

I know last month I told you if you keep adding more exclamation marks at the end of your sentences people will start to believe you. But I was being sarcastic, it only makes you look even more silly.

This comment has been Modified Once Again, and it says that there can be No Compromise with Matters of Principle, and if Germany had known that, then Germany would not have help Anglo-France Engineer the Balkan Wars, and Exonerate their Guilty WW 2 Allies, and Wrongly Slandered and Convicted the Innocent Serbs, but Germany continues to Love and Cherish these Fundamentally Evil Attitudes.

Serbia should not fulfill any unjustified demands put forward by Anyone, because the Albanians did not have any Legitimate Problems before they were Invented for them by NATO and the KLA, who then blamed the Innocent Serbs.

The whole world "likes" this attitude of people from nation which have murdered millions of people in WWII and later organized a war against Serbia to kill again some thousand people as revange for their defeat. No one of the Nazi-killers was sent by Germay to a court abroad. And Germany now? Foreign citizens were over years brutally killed with the help or ignorance of security services and police. It makes a "deep impression" to get conditions from this side. Once I asked a leading Albanian person from Kosovo what he is thinking about the SS-Skanderberg-division in the context of Holocaust. Forget the EU, Serbia will see no benefits from it other than Serbia's politicians. We can mold our own future and as long as we provide a sound business climate then German as well as other companies will want to invest in Serbia. The EU is anti business with its over regulation and it will not increase the living standards of Serbia one bit.

This gentlemen, fully understands the threat & ramifications of importing a problem within the EU, such as the country's of Kosova & Serbia! Kosova, will never allow for its independence to be infringed on again by Serbia, this is fact! Then Serbia, must understand that in-order to establish genuine friendly relations with Kosova, it must first recognize its independence! Serbia has done more than any other country has to be taken in the eu but yet germany is preventing eu talks to begin and as soon as Serbia fulfills one demand they come with another.
