When was the last time an Albanian from Prishtina went in and killed the local population in Belgrade?
(Common Sense, 27 February 2013 22:25)

Belgrade is too far. Cagavlica is less than 5 km away and much easier to commit terrorism.

"What exactly is a terrorist to you? If i go to another country and start killing the local population"

That does describe exactly the actions of Serbia in Kosovo. Add to that the forced expulsions, burning and pillaging villages, rapes and you'd get the complete picture of Serbia as a terrorist state. Using terror to achieve it's objectives of ethnic cleansing.

Another country?Need I to remind you that kosovo was and is a part of Serbia?

Mr. Thaci: pleasde ask the US to back the stance that Kosovo province should have no executive authority.
Rules apply to all or none! Kosovo stil is a Serbian province. All in Kosovo province should accept that for now.

First time poster hopefully this is your last time posting. Serbs look like idiots calling albos terrorists? What exactly is a terrorist to you? If i go to another country and start killing the local population, start killing the cops of that country, start burning down the religious monuments and desecrating theirgraves, what does that make me? Yep you are right, a terrorist.

It appears to me Dacic is in a corner and cannot explain to his people, how he is the one who signed for the package. I very much disagree with some of the people who post here about how Thaci is beggin US for help. Lets be honest here. Kosovo goes to the US, Serbia to Russia. Nothing new, so stop pretending. However, it seems to that Kosovo has been better at rallying its allies then Serbia has. Here is my proposal that of course no one will like. Kosovo gives the serbs the right to elect their own (which they already do) to the Kosovo parliment, and also give the association a guaranteed seat as well. In return Serbia stops being a troll and minds its own business... i know i know kosovo is serbia blah blah. You dont like it, i know, i dont like it eaither. This is the only choice I can see that has a chance to work.. of course war is the other one, but I think were all tired of that.

PS please stop calling each other terrosits, you all look like idiots, both sides.

Serbs in Kosovo should be able to determine their own destiny in the same way Albanians want to. I suggest they call for independence of Kosovo and Metohija in the North.

Your so called "cradle of serbia is in south", so , all of sudden is only in northern Mitro, right? Only in Serbia.

What have Albos given to ANYONE?!?!?!? Not including stolen organs, of course.

All Albos do is take. Don't you read the news. Albos are threatening that they will unite and take lands from several countries. We all know that will lead to the immediate extermination of those terrorists trying to steal more land; which is why we will welcome this type of thinking with open arms. You surely won't have the west on your side for that one.

They have not in their existence given anything worth value to any of these countries. All they give are headaches.

How ever, Serbs are making jokes about Thaci, who is highly respected by Dacic. You can hate the Albanians but they are staying together and have the full support from US and Germany. The Serb enclaves will have the right for folk dancing in front of the ruling guys from Prishtina-not more. They can sit in folcloristic costumes in the kosovo-parliament and praise the great staying together with the Albanians. There no future for serbs in Kosovo after the capitulation of Belgrade opposite Prishtina. Thaci has a special background but he looks much smarter as the littl fat PM from Belgrade who is angry to be sent to Hague if he is not "cooperationf" according to the EU-wishes. Many leaders were in their former live "terrorist", but no leader was in his former live something like Dacic. Wir five per cent acceptance among the Serb population he can sign terrible agreements and get a lot of money for this. Thats all.

Not to worry. This is the same guy who only a few weeks ago said there would be no "special status" for the north. Now he's agreeing to the formation of a legislative assembly. This is the same guy who also said there'd be no special status at what he thinks are "borders" in the north. Now he's saying a representative body he agreed to see formed will not have any powers. Knowing his track record for saying one thing and quietly accepting its opposite, I'd say we're on our way to some inter-municipal Kosovo Serb body.

Can't wait for him to say something like "special status for the Gorani is out of the question." :)

Shame he did not mention what Mr Burns had to say.

Thaci siad today also that the Serbian municipal association will just be as some ONG orgnanisation.

The fact is that Thaci thought OK we go to these negotiations and let's be as open minded as possible, as constructive as possible. But on the other hand we prettend from Serbia the same.

What Serbia wants? autonomy for Serbs let's call it an association of municipalities. OK we can agree.

But Serbia needs to be constructive too in order to call this for 'histirical agrement': give up from blocking us from the UN.

Poor Thaci he just got the classic old arrogant but so predictable Serbian: we are here to take not to give.

And now it seems Thaci is trying to make a nice U turn and is asking for pemission from the US for how steep the U can be.

Surely the Kosovo Albanians have demonstrated to the Serbs that they do not need executive powers and can trust the Albanians. I mean look at the long list of trust building they have encouraged.

1. The number of Serbs that have been encouraged to return.
2. The number of Kosovan Albanians convicted of ethnically motivated crime.
3. The provision of uninterrupted electricity, communication lines and medical supplies to Serbian communities south of the Ibar.
4. The protection of Orthodox Churches, Monasteries and Graveyards.

Any Serb in their right can see that they can trust the Snake and his clans.
