Several years ago I wrote a citizen's request to Serbian government to inspect certain irregularities of Embassy and Consulate in one of the countries above and I proposed exterior-interior restoration beside other spending..

Only the bleached flag was changed and some paintings were done..

I suppose that I'll be found guilty in particular case but I'm ready to pay for flag and painting so far, no problem.

:) Do you know how much paper they use every day?
