I wouldn't allow for one single albanian to return unless serbs are allowed to return to their homes in Kosovo. Yet again we serbs are the suckers. Just like Bosnia where s RS has allowed thousands of croats and muslims to return while practically no serbs are allowed to return to their homes in the Federation.

By saying requests sounds like a desire to work together, demands infer an "or else" attitude.
The question is, in reality are these requests or demands? There is a difference.
