It is not debatable that dacic brought up UN membership for Kosovo and that dacic strongly supports Kosovo independence and called serbias constitution "dead letters" on Kosovo. So why doesn't he seek to remove the constitution. Seems lime if it was just dacic and thaci speaking he would have recognized Kosovo independence. Why is Ashton preventing Serbia from recognizing Kosovo independence?
