I don't get it. The last I heard, the problem was coming out of Croatia. I hadn't heard any reports that this poisonous milk was coming out of Serbian dairies. Yet they were pulling milk off of Serbian grocery shelves. Doesn't this mean that Serbia is buying milk from Croatia? Else if Serbian dairy is not a source of the problem, then why pull milk from Serbian grocery shelves?

“The DS has been intentionally spreading panic among citizens in order to destroy the domestic agriculture for the sake of interests of their friends tycoons. Not a single country in the region has had such panic,” the SNS said.

And there's not a single country in the region where politicians try to (ab)use this scandal for their own political propaganda and even dare to come up with crude conspiracy theories instead of solving the problem from the roots.

Well, I have to agree with Ms. Jerkov. If the agriculture minister was doing his job, like his counter parts in Croatia and BiH, Serbia would not be having this discussion today. But Serbian politicians cannot simply do the work they are responsible for and paid well to do, they sit on their rear ends, do nothing, and then toss the conspiracy theories around, and point fingers at everyone but themselves. Come on guys, your old games are, well, very old and transparent. BTW, Knezevic has a degree in economics. He is a former DS member, that was tossed in jail for corruption charges while mayor of Zrenjenin. He changes parties, and voilà, he is a free man, and is given a minister's chair by the new government - as minister of agriculture, which he has a lot of experience in (none), besides being a seljak.

The Agriculture Minister did not do his job. He should go as he has shown that he cannot do his job. He should be off the payroll.
