I met an honest Serbian politician last year June in Belgrade. I found a wallet near the King's Gate on my walk in Kalemegdan and opened it to see if there's any ID or other personal papers in. I found that the wallet was full of euros. I started shouting "a wallet!, a wallet found!" I did this several times and then saw a man half running towards me. I recognized his face, a politician. He admitted the wallet was his. An honest man.
