Let us know see, how both sides will try and sell it to the citizens of both country's? As for what kind of agreement was made, my hunch & opinion is that both Kosova & Serbia have agreed that Serbian institutions will be phased out of Kosova, and be replaced not by Kosovare institutions, but rather EU institutions run by both Kosovare & Serbian officials, while the EU officials will act as overseers and enforcers! Both, Serbian and Albanian citizen of kosova, will be able to freely access these institutions for everyday purposes without prejudice! If this theory, should turn out to be the actual, or similar to the agreement, I think it will be acceptable to both sides! When u think about it, at one time our fathers & grandfathers did protect the borders of a single country, Yugoslavia! Yes their were issues between us, and the time came to finally separate, but it shouldn't mean that in the future, we should not work together for a stable Europe!
