12th anniversary of terrorist attack on bus carrying Serbs

Today marks 12 years since a terrorist attack on a bus carrying Serbs near the Kosovo town of Podujevo which killed 12 people.

Of course, terrorists that kill Serbs never get punished in Kosovo. Had these people been American, German, or British, the perpetrator would have been found and sentenced within hours.

I do not understand, is Eulex's definition of evidence different than that of UNMIK? Evidence is evidence, and there must have been proof if UNMIK found this Ejupi guy guilty and sentenced him to 40 years. Along comes Eulex, and overturns the verdict. Remind anyone of what the Hague did with the Croatian generals? I mean, how can anyone not suspect something fishy here? And BTW, who gave Eulex judges the power to overturn a UN court? Something is rotten in the state of Denmark.
