Well the serb president doesn't have a real diploma so, this guy will fit right in the serb government/mafia.

Well at least Nikolic can read and write unlike Thaci who is semi illiterate.

I just wonder how you classify US universities who give out sports scholarships and curn out illiterate graduates?

What's the problem? This is a perfectly normal European standard. Former german defense minister zu Guttenberg was found to have faked his last year, and a week ago Angie's education minister has had her's nullified by the university authorities.

If it's good enough for zee Germans, then it's good enough for Serbia.

Anybody for a Romanian (horsemeat) lasagne? It's free!

FU, Serbian politicians, you have managed to totally disgrace Serbia in the eyes of the world. If any one of you knew that someone in government was in the ruling coalition with fake diplomas, papers, etc., you are as guilty as they are for not speaking up. Vucic, will you please find out for real, whether Toma has a bonafide college degree? If he does not, OUT!

Forging of degrees is not exclusive to Serbia. Recently, Hungary stripped president Pál Schmitt of his doctorate for lying/cheating, although it did not impede his re-election. Many Balkan states have given their leaders free diplomas, as basic practice. Can any Albanian here say that Thaci, or Haradjinaj, or whatever ex KLA'er, actually studied for, and received a college diploma? The practice is disgusting, but it is rampant in the Balkans. Most of the leaders of Balkan countries would have a hard time finding themselves on a world map, but they are your leaders. Enjoy them.

And, once again, Serbia shows Europe the way forward. While would be politicos in Europe are busy searching for material to plagerise for their degrees, we cut out the middle man and just forge the degrees. Think about how many hours of work, not to mention electricity, paper, printer ink etc have been saved by taking this bold step. Not only practical, but eco friendly as well!!!

Oh the communists, blame the opposition, steal from the weak, force the young to pay for the elderly under the pressure of the gun/tax collector.

What a complete success.

Nobody would be surprised. And given the state of the university sector in the region - especially the many private universities that seem to pop up like mushrooms - a lot of such dubious degrees are still churned out every day.
