Japanese ambassador receives state decoration

Serbian President Tomislav Nikolić on Monday decorated outgoing Japanese Ambassador to Serbia Toshio Tsunozaki with the Order of the Serbian Flag, Second Class.

Is he being decorated for Japan recognizing Kosova?

Japan doesn't give a damn and hasn't spent a single dollar in occupied Kosovo i Metohija. They 'recognized' due to outside pressure and haven't thought about it since.

Everyone knows you can have your Japan, but until you get Russia and China, you will not be left with a country. Currently your somewhere above northern Cyprus but below Palestine.

Doesn't sound like a country to me. So much for the Japanese 'recognition'.
