Serbia will be looking for the green light for the start of EU talks in 2013, then in 2023, then in 2033, 2043, etc. Why does it want to join an organization that is creating unacceptable conditions, and that dictates from Brussels? It will be forced to recognize Kosovo to get in, probably even Vojvodina down the road and Sandzak, but will the EU exist in fifty years when the 21st Century will belong to Asia? Belgrade needs China, Russia, India, Brazil, the "stan" nations, the non-aligned nations, and the developing nations of Asia. It doesn't need a hostile EU.
