The fact is that Albanians are in Kosovo. The fact is that Serbs are in Kosovo. The fact is that we don't have a solution yet because everyone is trying to negotiate on positions, not principles. Both sides need smart people to negotiate, and neither side has anyone capable. Possibilities are endless, but we need new people on both sides, with new approaches and abilities.

Than I guess Serbia won't get that date for starting the EU negotiations either... Very simple answer...

Why? Five members of the EU do not recognize Kosovo. So why this would be a problem for a new member?
Future members (?) like Georgia do not recognize Kosovo either...

They began to leave as the Nato Bombs started to fall all over Kosovo... Even the west admits to that...

Sure, but you are confusing correlation with causation. The stars also become visible on the sky AFTER I start having dinner - it does not mean that the stars become visible on the sky BECAUSE I start having dinner.

Anyway, that argument of yours has been rejected by a court created by Russia & co who established beyond reasonable doubt that "NATO bombs struck targets across the FRY, with Belgrade suffering the most destruction, according to the former Commander of the VJ Air Force and Air Defence, and yet people did not leave Belgrade, or other parts of the FRY, in the massive numbers which fled Kosovo. The Chamber finds, therefore, that the NATO bombing was not the reason for the mass displacement of Kosovo Albanians from Kosovo." http://www.icty.org/x/cases/milutinovic/tjug/en/090226summary.pdf

Sorry mate that the reality does not match your fanstasies...

Isn't it funny how the topic for discussion is now whether Kosovo can have a UN seat. Just a few years ago it was Serbia will never let Kosovo go.
(Amazing, 9 February 2013 23:21

This is called: Erosion! Serbia promised many things which over the years have changed. What's most pathetic is the fact that the longer Serbia perpetuates this lost cause, the more she loses.

"Dačić stressed that Serbia had not changed its position regarding Kosovo’s UN seat. He added that Serbia needed help from Russia, China and other powerful countries in the solving of the Kosovo issue and that the support was based on values of the international law and truth. "

--What international values, laws or truth where you following in 1999 when your army ethnically cleansed 1 million Albanians, killed thousands of civilians, pillaged and burned houses to the ground. Please refer to the specific international value, law or truth when you committed all these crimes.
Also which specific international law has Kosova broken? Since you asked ICJ precisely this question please refer to that.

Kosovo is part of Serbia, temporarily outside the Serbian jurisdiction. This mean that Serbia will always try to protect an fight for her interests. This attitude is not only the Prime Minister's Dacic, but also the entire government and President Nikolic. Kosovo can not be a member of the UN ever(even in the weirdest dreams).

The UN is useless, always has been. They could not stop the Bosnian genocide in the 90's or the Kosova ethnic cleansing by the serbs. Until NATO said enough is enough! Why enter the UN, a useless institution that no one ever listens to.

What a pathetic snake. No backbone, changes his tune whenever he has to. I listened to him with my own ears and saw with my own eyes how he said such a thing was possible and on the table. And now, he gets in trouble from it so he backs off.

No spine, no morals no nothing. Just say whatever you have to in order to stay in power. To be honest, I respect Ceda Jovanovic more than this man, at least he never backs down from his beliefs. I don't agree with a single one of them but he wont trade them for a seat in gov't, with Dhaciq-you never know what your going to get.
