For god's sake, Albanian is not the only Indo-European language. Indo-European languages are a family of languages that has hundreds of languages and dialects. For example, Indo-European languages include Albanian, yes, just like Celtic, Germanic (including English, Swedish, German ect.), Balto-Slavic (Baltic and Slavic, among others Serbian). So you should really learn a thing of two first.

Yes I do know about Pelion. And its mostly associated with Greeks and Alexander the Great. There are official records mentioning Pelion that go back to 400BC but there is no mention of Albania or Albanians.
It is a fact that tribes don’t change their names overnight as the Byzantines wrote about the Serbs in the first century and after 2000 years they are still known as Serbs unlike Illyrians turning to Albanians.

But just remember if America doesn't want to get involved ( not because they may be indifferent to Albanians but maybe it's cause they don't want to risk unnecessary amount of casualties among their troops) shouldn't China & Russia have the same worries as well? There is nothing physical to support that “this unique ancient Indo European language” has been in this region for say thousands of years. The best form of evidence is archeological where these claims are confirmed. No one knows what language the Illyrians spoke because they left no written texts and with the mixing of peoples over centuries music changes and instruments adopted from other tribes. For example, the bagpipe is well a known Celtic instrument, but even the Serbs and most in the Balkans have bagpipes because Celts were settled in that region.
Customs are greatly influenced by religion so whatever customs Albanians had was diluted by Christian or Islam teachings over the centuries. The each Serb family has a feast day or Slava. This was imposed on people by the Church to forget paganism because each family worshiped a deity,

For god's sake, Albanian is not the only Indo-European language. Indo-European languages are a family of languages that has hundreds of languages and dialects. For example, Indo-European languages include Albanian, yes, just like Celtic, Germanic (including English, Swedish, German ect.), Balto-Slavic (Baltic and Slavic, among others Serbian). So you should really learn a thing of two first.

I do not understand why Albanians believe that all of this land is theirs? By what right, who gave it to you? And now, some separatist Albanians want America to come and make Presevo American land. If you concentrated 1/2 your time on improving your living standards, as opposed to usurping more land for yourselves, you would certainly be a lot better off. There is nothing physical to support that “this unique ancient Indo European language” has been in this region for say thousands of years. The best form of evidence is archeological where these claims are confirmed. No one knows what language the Illyrians spoke because they left no written texts and with the mixing of peoples over centuries music changes and instruments adopted from other tribes. For example, the bagpipe is well a known Celtic instrument, but even the Serbs and most in the Balkans have bagpipes because Celts were settled in that region.
Customs are greatly influenced by religion so whatever customs Albanians had was diluted by Christian or Islam teachings over the centuries. The each Serb family has a feast day or Slava. This was imposed on people by the Church to forget paganism because each family worshiped a deity,

Croats and serbs did fight a bloody war, a war that could have been avoided if you ask me. Fighting against fellow christians is a sin and it pains me still to think about the people who lost thir lives and all those still affected by a war between those who supposedly believe in the lord Jesus Christ. We serbs have a huge responsibility for the war in Croatia and I hope that those who died did not die in vain. I pray that it taught us what war really is. I'm glad that most croats and serb are looking to the future becaues thats what needs to be done. If we look backward we will have what we have in Kosovo, utter chaos and a suffering that never ends. Yes I do know about Pelion. And its mostly associated with Greeks and Alexander the Great. There are official records mentioning Pelion that go back to 400BC but there is no mention of Albania or Albanians.
It is a fact that tribes don’t change their names overnight as the Byzantines wrote about the Serbs in the first century and after 2000 years they are still known as Serbs unlike Illyrians turning to Albanians.
