"It was not symbolic. It was total concrete recognition of kosovos indepdnence by Serbia in every way.

"total concrete recognition .... in every way." ...... No harm for you to cling obstinately on to your dreams. The problem for you however is that you now appear unable to differentiate them from reality. Sad.

It's almost unanimous from all policy experts that the meeting was a large step for Serbia's recognition... of course, Belgrade disagrees.

The meeting was a complete waste of time and money. It was a circus side show created by the EU, to parade these two in front of cameras like they were all chummy and actually interested in being there. Make the province the EU administered territory Kosovo, with no central government, that would be the EU, and simply have local governments manage day to day affairs. It would solve this ridiculous tug-of-war, eliminate a lot of crime, make EU funds more transparent in their use, and people can go about their business. Who cares if Kosovo is run by Serbs or Albanians? They have both been there for centuries, and neither one should rule over the other. I know, some will yell, what about Presevo? Well, allow Serbia to solve that problem. Just like Macedonia will have to deal with it's minorities issues. Both countries want to be EU members, so both countries will have to adopt EU standards regarding rights of minorities.
