Seerbia one more time makes it clear that her security forces operate in north.

KFOR is unable or scared to act. Then they have to leave this job to Prishtina or strike a deal and let north join Serbia.

Currenlty Serbia is under full control of north Kosova and Presheva vaelley. And Thaci is negotiating as a weak part in Brusels. The statement of KFOR comander that Kosova cannot have army make Prishtinas position to negotiate impossible. Yet again the west in his double faced policy forces Prishtina and Thaci to the negotiation table.

Yes, civil defense, by all means. Since KFOR has not been able to, or just plain does not to protect Serbs from Albanian ethnic cleansing...
(winston, 2 February 2013 14:33)

It is up to the people to ask the UNSC to order KFOR to do so, if the above is the case... and, btw, collecting customs duties at Kosovo's boundaries with Serbia as ordered by UNMIK is certainly not "ethnic cleansing".

If KFOR would adhere their task, they should do that, right?

Once again Serbs try to twist UNSC 1244 to mean something totally different.
It was the mandate of Kfor to force the withdrawal of all Serbian police, military and paramilitary forces from Kosovo, a "civil defense" group set if armed would classify as a paramilitary group.
As far as disarming the Kosovo Security forces UNSC 1244 also mandates the development of Kosovo Institutions under the direction of the Kosovo govt, such an institution would include police and security forces.
So basically it says Security forces under the government of Kosovo is legal, security forces under any other command is illegal.

He said that the civil defense members would never be a threat to anyone except when the local population, their property and personal security were jeopardized.

How naive of you, yet you call Albanians terrorists for defending their family and land against Miloshevic era, and the likes of you from being eradicated? Serbs are the digest jokers on this planet.

Why they don't call it "Angels defence"?)))) Just wandering..)))

One may qualify this "civil defense" as a terrorist group. Perspective is a funny thing. One side's civil defense is the other sides terrorist.

"Noting that according to UN Security Council Resolution 1244 only the international security forces had the right to carry weapons, he expressed expectation that the KFOR commander would urgently disband and disarm the members of the so-called Kosovo security forces who, as he put it, were an open threat to peace and security."

If KFOR would adhere their task, they should do that, right?

Yes, civil defense, by all means. Since KFOR has not been able to, or just plain does not to protect Serbs from Albanian ethnic cleansing, it is upon the people to protect themselves. How many 1000's of minorities were ethnically cleansed, and heritage sites destroyed in 2004 by Albanians, as KFOR stood by and watched. I would ask this question of the KFOR commander.
