Serbia should hire a Chinese/Serbian construction company instead to finish the works. It seems the Chinese construction companies are completing things on time and not always demanding extra money.

Underbidding to win contracts and then trying to pass on 'unavoidable' costs. What a surprise. If they use Swarovski crystals as cats eyes in the road they could bump up the price even more
