Ida, you are clearly misinformed and sound real stupid by writing a statement like that.. Real Montenegrins are the purest Serbs.. This is seen throughout history by kings in cg and when Kosovo was originally part of Montenegro.. Also, current Montenegrins who are do not consider themselves Serbs are communists.. Thanks to beograd's Tito..

Some Montenegrins are Serbs - about 1/3 of them. But many Montenegrins have ethnic Albanian stock - they have the blood feuds, like the Albanians and many other characteristics of their culture and behavior.
The border between Albania and Montenegro has been altered and swapped many times and the mountain tribes of Montenegrins and Albanians have blended.

For example, there are many Albanians from Montenegro who's surname ends with and -ic.

Yes, River, once the drugs reach the Serbian administrative line, Albanians are to blame. The drugs originate in Afghanistan, why is it that they mostly go through Kosovo? There are many other routes available. Is is maybe that Albanian drug mafia, Prishtina authorities, give the goods a free transit, for a cut of course? Get real, Albanian drug mafia is the biggest in the world. They make all else look like girls scouts selling cookies.

cry me a river, I believe Saric is Montenegrin, maybe of Serbian, ethnicity, but Montenegrin. He is no longer a Serb. When CG declared their independence, they were not Serbs anymore. River, you cannot blame Montenegrin crimes on Serbs anymore, sorry. You can't have it both ways. As for Albanians, yes, pound for pound, kilo for kilo, they are certainly the world's biggest drug runners. Keep in mind, all those poppy fields in Afghanistan, go through Kosovo to get to Europe, that's quite a few tons I would say. Crack down on Thaci and his clan mafia, no pun intended, and you will cut a significant flow of heroin going to the EU. The EU knows it, but it is of benefit for them too to keep quiet. As for the Serbian MUP's that were involved, yes, throw them in jail but they are small change.

Winston,
I agree that Montenegrins are Montenegrins and Serbs are Serbs. There are Serbs who live in MN, no question about that.

What happened to Montenegrins are Serbs? You can't have it both ways.
Let's assume for a second that you're right when it comes to drugs coming out of Afghanistan making it's way to Europe.

Once they reach the SErbian border are Albos to be blamed?
Come on, you're smarter that that.

And, if you want to take down Thaqi, you have my blessing.

When you say CG you mean Crna Gora (if I spelled the name correctly) which is how you say Montenegro in the Montenegrin or Serbo-Croatian language.Am I correct?

I am not totally sure that the Government exempts them! Maybe, Ivica Dacic. Maybe, the rest of ex-Government that is still in charge! It is because you can't quit all those people despite the fact they were and they still are a part of former regime. However, something is changing! Six months are not enough but in the next few months - those old strong connections will be at least "disconnected".

Don't be fonfused, or confused, vote, Albanians are the world's biggest drug lord criminals, but there are some other like Saric. It will be good to arrest any former MUP officials that assisted this drug kingpin, but like someone stated, it's unfortunate that current officials have an "get out of jail free" card. But could you imagine if Eulex started arresting drug lords in Kosovo, half of Pristina would be in jail, and 90% of the provincial government.
(winston

Just because you say it doesn't mean it's true. It's most likely false.
For example, a Serb gets caught transporting coke by the tone. Imagine how many tons he successfully transported without getting caught.

If you would've said 'Serbs are the biggest drug lord criminals in the world' then your comment would sound more credible.
Of course, you have to throw Mexicans in the mix and possibly the Columbians.

That is why, Saric has to be arrested as soon as possible. Investigation and Saric's statement will possibly led us to high ranking officials.

This really made my jaw drop. Saric transports cocaine by the tons. Not that it is unheard of, there was another shipment of 3 tons of cocaine going to Uruguay a couple of years ago, where these guys were involved. Cocaine By the Tons, people. Not just 10 or 20 kg like those pesky Albanians, but tons. Those Albanian drug lords have a lot to learn from him. He is the best in this business.

One more thing, those MUP guys did not help him for free. They got their share for sure. I do not know the price of cocaine but I suppose out of 1.8 tons, it is a big chunk of money. It would be fun to know where did that money go. Did those MUP guys have a boss? Hope B92 will keep us updated on this.
