Heroic Northern Kosovo Serbs!
From the U.S.A. the view is, that you are the only barrier to your sellout by Belgrade politicians. Keep up the struggle.
You absolutely, have only yourselves to depend on. Persevere and your barriers can and are stoping West.
Western only other choice, an extreme choice ,would be military option. That alternative is rather unappealing in Europe and U.S.A. So, those chances are slim.
Since all Kosovo issues are purely economic (its natural and industrial wealth) here is your optimum choice. Mine and booby-trap MASSIVELY, all, especially Trepcha's mining and industrial facilities. In case of Western military occupation potential and total loss of desired loot would greatly restrict Western aggressive stance and improve your position.
Big political plus! Publicity wise a great domestic and international achievement. Do it and publicized widely.
Risky? Yes. Smart? Absolutely. But what have you got to loose?
With very, very best wishes

"I think Prishtina and Belgrade must reach an agreement to swap the lands which are anyway ethnically very clean and respcet the will of the people. "

The idea of ethnically "clean" countries in southeastern Europe is both absurd and dangerous. Who will follow next? The Albanians in Montenegro and Macedonia? The Turks in Bulgaria? The Hungarians and Ukrainians in Romania?

Or then Kosova needs to impose her authority in north just as Serbia did 2 weeks ago in Presheva.

For now Serbs in north are completely unchallenged and I hope this resignation from Prishtina implies they don't want to rule people that don't want them. So strike a deal.

You tried that in July 2011 and were met with defeat. Belgrade and Pristina are not and never will be equals.

Serbs are doing in north Kosova everything that they can in order for them to defend from a govt that they don't want to have anything to do with.

This Albanian admires them.
