I say differently and if you say differently than me then offer evidence of that :)

=================================

I cant' offer you evidence of no persecutions but you can offer evidence of persecutions.
If something didn't happen then there is no evidence. If something happened then there is evidence.
So if you say that Serbs persecuted Croatians after the war produce the evidence or just shut up. You are really very annoying because you don't even make any sense at all.

icj1

If you want to make a case that Serbs did not forgive the Croats for WW2 horrors then do so. Free to offer evidence of that. I think we did that and unlike the Albanians we did not go on persecuting them in Serbia or anywhere else where they were a minority, unlike Albanians.
If you say differently then offer evidence of that.

I have some understanding for that, with people who experienced the cruelties that happened are still living. But I cannot understand why some people (mostly Serbs) even come up with WW2 and things happened there to justify their behaviour and their attitude.
(Comm. Parrisson, 2 February 2013 09:27)
========================
You're very wrong on that one.
Serbs bring up WW2 to explain why they had to fight for Krajina. Since all the symbols of WW2 came out and all the old hatred from the Croats surfaced again Serbs had to take up arms.
Mentioning WW2 was to draw attention that Croats want an apology now when they never apologised themselves for Jasenovac.
WW2 is not being mentioned for any other reason than to draw those parallels and not to explain any hatred from it. You see, there was no hatred towards Croats because of WW2. Serbs got over that and we all lived in peace and harmony. Did you conveniently forget that? Hatred happened again because of the past the Croats could not let go of and started murdering and intimidating Serbs because of it.

You cannot possibly say that we have done the same.

Did your heart break when 12000 K-Albs were killed including young and old? Do you feel anything about them? I don't expect anything from I Serbian who has been brainwashed to hate Albanians.
(Mendo, 1 February 2013 21:17)
===============================
I haven't been brainwashed. On the contrary my eyes are wide open and I can see you people for what you are. I don't need anyone to tell me what you people are and capable of are.
Of course I feel sorry for any innocent loss of life. I especially feel sorry for the children who had no choice but to be put in harms way.
Why do you people always bring up the war when we discuss horror which happened and still happen long after the war?
Isn't it time to stop with horror? Where and when does it end?
It has ended for us but it seems that for your lot it will never end. You are going to keep tormenting, expelling and making money off my people and anyone else who isn't Albanian.
That is why my heart aches for all those innocents now.
This blood money has come from blood of the innocent.

Stop, enough. Decide to behave like human beings and stop using the tired old excuse that my lot killed your lot during the war.
First of all you started that war and now it's over. Enough.

No, the difference between Bekim and the rest of you is that he lives in the area the rest of you think you're still associated with because of some distant ethnic identification and actually believe giving money to people you've never met, associated with a cause extreme enough to soothe your aching machismo, somehow makes you a better Albanian than he. Is this worth a news article that KLA 'freedom fighters' were financed by Albanian narco mafia and pressed money from Albanians living abroad? And does someone really think the Kosovo ministers (including the prime minister) can afford those fancy house from the money they get for their job? Ridiculous.

@Ben
Serbia was not an independent country during the wars, it was a republic of Yugoslavia! Serbia never had an Army, Serbs were in the Yugoslav army just like other minorities from Serbia and Montenegro, including (shock horror), Roma,Hungarians, Croats and Sandjak Muslims and even Albanians from Serbia and Monenegro.
Serbia and Montenegro were successors of former Yugoslavia and inherited most of its military, so there was no need for the VJ (Yugoslav Army) to sell drugs and body organs like the famous KLA, or stoop to being beggers.
In the end the dirty tactics of NATO targeting civilian infrastructure when they could not do anything to VJ was what ended the war and why the VJ left Kosovo practically unscathed.
...., and if it were not for NATO 's self interest and agenda they wouldn't be ocuppying Kosovo, but rather Serbia occupying Sh**ty Albania!!!
Serbia stood up to the whole world defiantly and heroically, while KLA terrorists hid and ran from the Serbian soldiers like the cowards that they are and focused their attacks on Civilians and cowardly begged everyone and anyone for help, when they had spare time from being terrorist criminals.
....now is your chance to be nice and show some class and tolerance and stop behaving like savages and get off that high horse because one day you'll be riding alone again and the Serbs will be waiting.

aaa???

distant ethnic identification..??? giving money for someone you don't know???

Mark was constructive and brought his personal example. He was focused on the article and the news and he contributed to the debate. Beko on the other hand in his attempt to be even (10 blows to Albanians 3 to Serbs) made himself look for what he has made it several times: keen to be accpted in the Society where he lives and where obviously he is not comfortable to be what he is.

And on the other hand you are just off topic as in most of your posts.

@Peggy

Did your heart break when 12000 K-Albs were killed including young and old? Do you feel anything about them? I don't expect anything from I Serbian who has been brainwashed to hate Albanians.

"Why do you people always bring up the war when we discuss horror which happened and still happen long after the war? "
(Peggy, 2 February 2013 00:00)

I have some understanding for that, with people who experienced the cruelties that happened are still living. But I cannot understand why some people (mostly Serbs) even come up with WW2 and things happened there to justify their behaviour and their attitude.

I'm terribly sorry you somehow think I take anything you say seriously at this point to get offended :)

You cannot possibly say that we have done the same.
