Head of the EU Delegation to Serbia Vincent Degert believes that the EU will set a date for the beginning of the EU accession negotiations with Serbia in June.

Lazybrook Tom, maybe we should take things one step at a time. As important as gay rights are, there are probably a few more pressing matters for Serbia to reform, than their attitudes towards homosexuality. Just take a look at how long the gay marriage issue is being debated in the so-called "western civilized world". Patience.

So the EU just promised a date for the date for the start of accession negotations.. I think they should also specify a date for the date of the date, just to be more clear.

Might I suggest that the date given to Serbia should be the Monday following Parada Ponosa Belgrade 2013.
