@ Grobar1: Teachers back in Rijeka in the good old 1970s were rather strict. The other kids were not very fond of Bosnian village talk either. You learn better not to use "da" rather quickly...

@ fikret what about my language? what a stupid question! I'll tell you what language you speak it's called serbian just like your grandparents before you became a poturice ...

The most important thing is that in Republika Srpska 99,9999999 % of the population is Serb, just as Vojvodina will be in a few years!

I'm so glad I no longer live there. Is a 3/4 Bosniak and 1/4 Serb a Yugoslav or a Bosniak? And what about my language? I grew up in Rijeka and therefore I guess it's Croatian, but I'm not even sure.
Maybe I'm a gyspy. But wait: I'd better not say so. It would only cause trouble.

recently a census, and alleged manipulations of a census have caused ethnic unrest between Albanians and Greeks in Albania. I would like to know what the benefit of counting all the numbers of various ethnic groups, if those numbers themselves will be doubted, can be manipulated, and will cause headaches. Maybe someone who understands this better than I do can help me?

So Izetbegovic and his SDA clan have finally given up blocking the census after so many years. Such profoundly undemocratic behavior by supposed democrats. The real question is, will they find another excuse to postpone the census when it gets nearer?
