Yes, yes, we know “agreements should be implemented”
But it looks like anybody has a clue about what they agreed upon.
Isn’t there a clearly written text with signatures on it?

“We are only here to help implement what has been agreed and it is up to the prime ministers to explain to their citizens what they agreed,” Kocijančić said.

Then these 'agreements' should be officially published in English, Serbian and Albanian so everyone can read what they are, without 'interpretations' by certain politicians who, for certain reasons, don't want to tell the truth.

I assume that the EU mediators were smart enough to write down the agreements in a clear way so no 'interpretations' are possible..

Rocky, you talking about Ashton? Well, I don't really view here as a commie. She likes to say, "play by my rules, or else". In either case, she, and the EU, are bullies. You are right.

Belgrade claims that it was agreed that revenues from customs duty and other taxes collected at the administrative crossings would go into a special fund for the development of northern Kosovo, while Priština says that all the money will first have to go through Kosovo’s budget.

Reading the above I say both sides are right to an extent. the entire truth is being withheld.

1. Serbia says the money goes to special fund. Yes, but not the entire money collected by customs. Only a portion to meet the needs for northern Mitro development, just like any other municipality when central government distributes according to population. US Federal gov. distributes portion of federal money to all states.

2. Kosova gov. says all the money goes first into Kosova budget, but never explains what % goes back to north Mitro.

Now, do the math and you will see who is the biggest liar on this one.
