Brussels proposes Nikolić, Jahjaga to meet on Feb. 6

EU High Representative Catherine Ashton has proposed that a meeting between Serbia and Kosovo’s presidents be held on February 6.

LOL best joke of the day. They are expected to OBEY. EU does not "encourage", "suggest", "prosose", but instead it DEMANDS.

On another front, bg clowns refuse to meet where Kosovo's name plate is represented symmetrically (another word for equally) but yet direct meetings between the highest officials of both lands isn't implied recognition?? Seriously, who takes clowns seriously -- especially bg clowns????

Dorothy: [has just arrived in Oz, looking around and awed at the beauty and splendor] Toto, I've a feeling we're not in Kansas any more
