“According to him (Belgrade team head in technical talks Dejan Pavićević), the EU has accepted the role of mediator and a guarantor of all agreements that have been reached and that will be reached in the future.”
“We do not want to go into that debate,” Ashton’s Spokeswoman Maja Kocijančić told Tanjug when asked about different interpretations of the agreement on customs duty collection at the Jarinje and Brnjak crossings.
EU a guarantor of all agreements that have been reached? Doesn’t look like!
Why don’t you publish the text of ALL those agreements reached so far?
Is there something to hide from the people?

We all know if bg clowns had SECURED an agreement to their advantage they would have paraded the streets of bg flashing it like it's the end of the world.

Joke of the day:

“The crossings will not be border crossings, certain taxes will be paid and this is something that is defined in Resolution 1244..."

I've provided below the link to the text of r1244 which I assure you that it never mentions or defines any taxes, levies, or economic partnerships.

I think what he is referring to is the CEFTA charter - yes it's an FTA but some taxes are collected in customs.

Let me ask you this, has anyone in bg ever read r1244?

For now the money can only be legally distributed to the N Mitrovica municipality headed by Adrijana Hodjic. When the municipalities are created in Zvecan, Leposavic and Z Potok, they will be able to receive their respective funding as well. The criminals that now pretend to be one day businessmen, one day local authority, will not see one penny from this fund. They are illegal structures, whose place is in jail.

Hey their bud, the money collected stays within Kosova, and doesn't go to Serbia right! No need for any further commenting here, point proven! Money stays within Kosova, I don't care that it will be used in northern Kosova, it is still being used for Kosova! Another victory for Kosova... Now, please to the the next round of negotiating! This one is for Ari!!!
