The key for Serbia? The EU, will not allow for new members to bring problems into the EU! Serbia, you defiantly have a problem! That problem is, stop trying to hold Kosova hostage! It's quite clear, its actually been quite clear for a while now!

Finally, a clear statement from my country, Germany. Thank you, this was long overdue! it is a very simple equation. Serbia abolishes the paralell structers in Northern Kosovo, and gives up it's oposition to a Kosovo UN seat and other international representation, and in return they get a date for the start of EU talks. This is internation reality, and nothing else works. Nicolic needs to be told straight out what the deal is, and no more beating around the bush. Take it, or leave it!!! Dacic already seems to know, but now oit it finally is out in the open. Bravo!!!

Be honest germany ! And look for an honest solution.
The fact is that after the german bombs (NATO)hit serbia they didn't win the war completely. This makes them mad and keep insisting on bribing serbia for EU entery.
It is an old song we heard before. Germany always asks more and more.

The latest events proove that serbs have no chance to survive in racist kosovo.

Serbia should stop the EU mission. It's clear that the dictators won't allow Serbia in until they are completely separate from Kosovo. This should never be allowed to happen. Kosovo will never be independent of Serbia. Germany openly states that multiculturalism does not work. How can he claim such demands when his country is still a fascist state.

Kosova has been completely separate from Serbia since June 1999. All that is required from you it to recognize the reality and reject any colonialist ambitions, if you want to become part of EU. You should subscribe to EU's principles, if you want to be part of EU.

I guess this guy doesnt know the laws of the country he lives in. In order for us to join the eu there must be a referendum and I can tell you right away what the result of that will be. Just a couple of weeks ago there was a survey that stated that 63.%of the population says no to the EU so Mr. German you can say whatever you want, we dont give a sh**!

So when Kosovo applies to become a Permanent Observer Member State (State being the key word), which goes to a General Assembly vote and not the Security Council; Russia and China won't be able to veto this?

After this, the UN will recognise the proper borders of the Balkans. Then Kosovo will be able to use Serbia's favourite phrase "status neutral".

Well the UN recognises Palestine's borders for starters, therefore it doesn't recognise Israel's claims to Palestinian lands. Palestine is now able to take Israel to the ICJ.

ICTY investigation--not enough evidence to support any action.
UNMIK investigation--not enough evidence to support any action.
Dick Marty Report: Review of evidence, should be reinvestigated, however, per his report, IF, it did happen no where near the numbers Serbia has given, maybe in the 10's and not the 100's
The Nuremberg trials were investigating actual crimes that were well established. To date no one knows that there is actually a organ harvesting crime committed as related to the KLA.

What hate ? The facts are there. Germany have a anti Serbian lobby. When they open their mouth it seems like they play a tape.They always sing the same song. They never condemn any albanian bad behaviour. And by the way german soldiers are in Kosovo to protect who ? Think about this.
