Priština authorities form fund for northern Kosovo
A special fund for the development of the north, to which money from customs and taxes collected at the Brnjak and Jarinje crossings will go, has been formed.
Oh how cute. This is exactly the same fund that was decided last week to provide autonomous financial revenue for the north from any duties collected at the two specially manned crossings which will be complete independent of Pristina's financial control both in funding and in collection. All Thaci did was take the agreement and make it sound as if he is providing this service. What a clever guy :)
Don't be fooled by the international representative casting vote as a neutral vote. There is absolutely no doubt he will be from a NATO country, not a chance in hell that he will be Russian, a Slovak, a Cypriot or anyone else that might have the slightest sympathy for the Serbs in the North.
If Dacic signs up for this then he is either a bigger fool than I thought or he is playing Boris's game and working for the EU while pretending to defend the Serbs of Kosovo. Then again Thaci might be talking crap again.
