I don't understand your commenst about that 'Nobody' talks about Serbs killed in WWII. Are you feeling OK? That's all I hear Serbs talk about. Whenever a Serb is cornered in a argument they feel there is a 'break glass in case of emergency' button they press & automatically the persecution of Serbs subject comes out.

Whenever the Police Arson Squad investigates what caused the fire, they look into who put the match to the flammable substance.
In this case the fire started in relation to these two incidents...

1928
August 8: Stjepan Radic died from wounds suffered in the attack in the assembly chambers.
&
1929
January 6: King Alexander abolished the Constitution, prorogued the National Assembly and introduced a personal dictatorship.

Commentators here are always asking Serbs to apologize and ask for forgiveness for war crimes committed during the 90's Balkans wars, but never mention the horrific crimes perpetrated against Serbs during WWII, why? As I have said many times, innocent victims know no ethnicity or political affiliation, they simply were in the wrong place at the wrong time. That was their biggest crime. When everyone in the Balkans, can look at its collective history, not just since 1992, maybe we can all start to form some healing process. If some want to simply point to Milosevic, or Tudjman, or Izmetbegovic, we will spin our wheels in eternal hate, and get nowhere. God bless the souls that perished on the banks of the icy Danube, so many decades ago. I have walked past that sight many times, and have felt a painful eeriness. Rest in peace.
