EU talks date in June or in 2014, minister says

The European Commission will in March or April decide whether progress has been made in reforms and if Serbia will be given a date for the start of EU talks.

Will there be any Serbia left to anyone to make a deal with? Not so much fuzz over the first NATO-land grab was it? The rest will be so much easier.
