Serbia's PM Dacic stated that North Kosova's Serb institutions where not dismantled (YET).

On the next meeting.............Yes.. Serb implants will be abandoned...........

Dacic might even apply for Kosovar Citizenship..........

Dacic does basically say any institution pristine doesn't like will be abolished. He is such a strident and ardent supporter of Kosovo independence and Serbia supports him and agrees with him because he is still prime minster.

The institutions are the hope of the Serbian people. How dare they be removed. This is an indirect recognition of the UDI. It doesn't make sense that Dacic would do this. There's something not right.

Nor will they. The autonomy the international community is preparing to support will basically turn these "parallel" institutions into the local authority of northern Kosovo. Northern Mitrovica will be as much a part of "Kosova's" system as Banja Luka is a part of Bosnia's :)

First they have to find jobs in the state administration for the other north Kosovo mayors. (It's done wonders for Pantic - look how agreeable he's become recently. Just a matter of a change of perspective.)

Nor will they. The autonomy the international community is preparing to support will basically turn these "parallel" institutions into the local authority of northern Kosovo. Northern Mitrovica will be as much a part of "Kosova's" system as Banja Luka is a part of Bosnia's :)
