1. I really love deals made by Kosovo - Serbia that have EULEX in charge. We all know they are intermediaries who transfer or carry out the duties of GOK.
2. "Temporary" solution ....sounds about right.

Didn`t he say northern kosovo is a part of serbia, and now pays customs???
