@Questionner - part III
The question is about the legality of the signed agreements and Serbia’s liability to those agreements.
Sounds perfectly reasonable to me!
In fact, there are several doubts about the legality of those documents, which, in despite of electoral promises, have never been integrally published (have they been published in Serbian language? I don’t know, but they haven’t been published integrally in English language)
The negotiator has been mandated by the president, who legally isn’t in charge of foreign policies.

You forgot to quote the second part of my comment:
Branding the only reasonable Serbian political voice as "pathetic”, it's you who looks "pathetic".
Looks like you know how to use Google, that’s already a good point 
So, let’s have a look at what you’ve found:
a : being in accordance with reason
Definitely, YES: you can’t join the EU if you’re not even able to define the frontiers of your state. Serbia includes Kosovo and Metohija, while the EU excludes it. If this problem is not solved, you won’t be able to join. Everybody knows this but most politicians and our usual OTPOR commentators prefer to bury their head in the sand. It’s perfectly reasonable to solve the question of territorial integrity first and refuse getting blackmailed by the EU to abandon Serbian sovereignty over its southern province step by step, making it just an empty shell.
b : not extreme or excessive
YES, again! He never uses excessive language or recommends military adventures. If you don’t agree, please let me know what YOU judge as being extreme or excessive. (Perhaps you could use Google again for to get the definition for those terms)
c : moderate, fair
YES, again: moderate, see my preceding comment. Fair? YES, it would be the only FAIR way for Serbia to negotiate with the EU. Being blackmailed and giving in isn’t really very fair and that’s precisely what Mr Kostunica is protesting about.

d : inexpensive
YES, as well!
Have a look at the spending for the electoral campaigns. DSS doesn’t spend a fortune and their spending correspond to a budget of which they can easily explain where it comes from.
Not the same for LDP, for instance. The income from their members contributions would be unable to pay for their huge, expensive campaigns.
Even though several media outlets like B92 offer special deals for to support LDP, there’s no way they could pay for it without foreign help? Want some facts and numbers?
Don’t wait on “Insider” to give them.
Just ask, LOL
If B92 lets me post a comment about their financial support to LDP…
Oh, and don’t take me wrong, LDP are NOT the only ones, they’re only (sic) the worst party Serbia has to offer.

Especially after Serbian parliaments resolution on Kosovo and Metohija. (DSS voted against, DS voted in favor, wonder why…)
“The Serbian government is hereby authorized to continue with the implementation of all agreements that have already been reached with representatives of the interim institutions of self-government in Priština.”
This is a complete amnesty for DS and Co signing agreements with a legality disputed at the constitutional court. Actual governments says they don’t like what has been signed on integrated boarder management but ABSOLUTLY want to implement everything and even more, since they’re blackmailed by the EU and accept this fact as a pre-condition for doing business with the EU.

We’re also talking about customs duty being collected and Mr Dacic evoquing a siege at the UN for Kosovo
For “ensuite” denying it.
It’s urgent for the constitutional court to take position on those issues before it is too late!
P.S.: If there's a part you don't understand, just ask

'Reasonable'? Definition of reasonable:

a : being in accordance with reason
b : not extreme or excessive
c : moderate, fair
d : inexpensive

It can surely not b or c, a is doubtful, d might fit: Kostunica is trying to make cheap points amongst nationalists who live in a dream world far from reality :)

FAVORITE part:

"He noted that the money from customs would go to a special fund formed under the auspices of the EU, which would be used for the development of municipalities in northern Kosovo."

I can't wait until EU relinquishes such fund to the proper authorities. At best the customs duties will be used for the northern part for a couple years but gradually you will see the fund reduced and that region will receive its fair share.

"If the Constitutional Court continues to ignore this and does not do its job, then it can be considered a direct accomplice in the disruption of Serbia's constitutional order, which calls for initiation of criminal proceedings against the Court itself," Koštunica said.

Again, Dacic has to resign. And now even the constitutional court is criminal? Can this guy become any more pathetic?
