Kosovo, Albania only came into existence in 1912, so how can Presevo belong to Albania? I mean, it never did, nor do I see it belonging to Albania in the future. What are you on about? Are you trying to say that most of the Balkans somehow belongs to Albanians? Hmmm, that's really going to be a tough point to sell, to anyone.

When reading all these comments from Albanians on B92 i think the conclusion to be drawn is that the heroin trade is originating from it is not only a problem outside of Kosovo :D

Serbs did vote for him and dacic is doing what Serbs want otherwise he wouldn't be prime minister. There would be some controversy over him calling for a Kosovo UN seat and starting customs arrangement And meeting with thaci and strongly endorsing serbias new pro Kosovo independence platform.

Are you really sitting there fantasizing of how Thaci and Dhaciq's meeting went? LOL so much for having a life or ambition. These 'negotiations' are irrelevant because when a pro-Serbian gov't in Belgrade is eventually brought to power they will consider this null and void.

You voted for this gov. and now you are dis. them big time. Get a hold of yourself dude.

Not only does dacic strongly support Kosovo independence and is working very hard so that recognition becomes unanimous it's also very clear that he supports presevo independence to as he is not doing anything about the monument and as embraced it.

and your point, Ardi, is . . . ? Thaci IS demanding everything, and Dacic has a point. Thaci is behaving like Kosovo is a state, but that is still up in the open. So I think he is getting a bit ahead of himself. Actually, these technical talks are ridiculous, until the status issue is completely resolved. People may think that an independent KiM is a done deal, but without Serbia's blessings, it's all moot. I think the EU is at fault here, they have obviously placed the cart in front of the donkey.

You guys got to hear/read this and is the truth; Last meeting between Thaci and Dacic. Thaci tells Dacic that he will arrest every person that enters Kosova with old Serbian plates, and Dacic tells Thaci that: You stole entire Kosova, so what is the big deal with car plates. Give me a brake body, you got it all, and I got squat. So much for public Dacic's bravado!!!

You are correct, Questioner, the pots keep calling each other black, but both the Pristina government and the Belgrade political mafia, are identical. They may speak a different ethnic language, but they speak the same political drivel. Who is to say what institutions are parallel or illegal? Does an Albanian UDI in KiM actually make it an independent state, or does the non-recognition negate that proclamation? We hear "will of the people" mentioned a lot, well, one side will's the independence, the other does not. All I know is, that this Kosovo issue has been going on for way too long, without any real solution, peace, or understanding between the parties involved. Politicians on both sides are nothing but talking heads, resembling pro wrestlers, they threaten this, and threaten that, but in the end nothing real actually happens. All that I have seen accomplished so far, is this joint crossing management agreement, but even that is still unsettled. Dacic ranted and raved about a monument in Presevo, but it is still standing, and he is speaking to Thaci in Brussels today. Doe she even begin to understand what a fool and weakling he has made of himself. And Thaci cannot fart without asking K. Ashton which way to turn his rear. I mean Mama Mia, Balkan theater at its finest.

"He added that the most difficult issues were the parallelism of institutions, specificity of Kosovo Serbs and organization of their institutions."

Parallel institutions in Kosovo:
a) Albanian mafia a.k.a. 'Pristina government'
b) Serbian mafia a.k.a. 'businessmen from the north'

???

After all they are illegal parallel structures, and the monument still standing in Presheva Municipality.
