European Parliament (EP) Special Rapporteur for Serbia Jelko Kacin said Monday that <a href="http://www.b92.net/eng/insight/strategies.php?yyyy=2013&mm=01&nav_id=84141" class="text-link" target= "_blank">the Serbian parliament's resolution on Kosovo</a> could be a major step forward.
Its the first time the Serbia has taken an active role in the negotiating process. It might be overdue, but better late then never. President Nikolic has fulfilled yet another promise. Strange thing to see...

That what it was about: Serbs in the north are independent from Kosovo, only attacks from time to time, but in general, no influence from Pristina. The 100,000 or so Serbs in living in the south are attacked when they move too far from their homes, their property is stolen, their cemeteries are vandalized. About the barbed wires: This is mostly for the regions around the churches and monasteries, some of them UN cultural heritage, to protect them against the Albanian mob which is famous for destroying, looting and desecrating them.

Furthermore, the Albanians can ask Belgrade to place the Monument to Evil that the KLA have built in Southern Serbia in a Museum to European Nazism that all Foreign Dignitaries must visit when coming to Serbia, just like Israel has a Holocaust Museum.
I meant to write in another comment on another News Item, that Germany could buy Traditional German Land from Poland with Money (Gold or Silver), on the Condition that Belarus sells Traditional Polish Land to Poland for Money (Gold or Silver), and no war is needed for this.
We know from looking recently at Italy and Greece that the European Union does install Puppet Autocrats at times, because when a Country becomes poor, then debtors or beggars cannot be choosers.
There is always the Time Tested and Scientifically Proven Institutions that are in Switzerland, and for the Sake of the dull of thinking they are called Banks, and this is where Secret Banks Accounts are kept to Bribe Politicians to change Borders or to make New Countries.
